2. Payment & Shipping:
We ship all orders by USPS, FedEX or UPS. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order or if there will be a significant delay in processing.
Standard - USPS Ground is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the continental U.S. Availability of shipment is noted on each product page. Average estimated shipping time for Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional $20 will be added to shipping charges and the shipment will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping - We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us at email@example.com or call 800-546-7302 in the case of damaged or lost shipments.
3. Secure Ordering and Payment Options:
When you place an order with "Fashionit" your order information will be encrypted and transmitted via SSL and your order will be processed on a secure server.
4.Returns and Exchanges
We would like you to love your new Fashionit product! If for any reason you are not satisfied with it, please let us know!
We take returns for website purchases for up to 30 days for products in original package and unused condition.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment. The items must be in their original condition (with original product packaging). Please include your name, order number, shipping address, a copy of your invoice and explanation of what you would like us to do with your return (credit or exchange with another item). We will credit you in the same form of payment with which your purchase was made. Applies only to online orders placed via "WEB PAGE ADDRESS" Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
